Through the use of literature, one-on-one sessions and interactive sessions we assist patients in understanding their diseases. Current support groups available include: diabetes, after care (chemical dependency), chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and alzheimer’s disease.

The majority of our adult classes and support groups meet in the W.K. Green Education and Conference Center. The Center houses our state-of-the-art teleconferencing equipment. Through fiberoptics, cameras, microphones and monitors, OCMC is linked directly to the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. Our involvement in The Rural Hospital Education & Telemedicine Program allows staff members to participate in conferences and symposiums conducted at UAMS.
