Stephens Community Clinic
Stephens Community Clinic, a rural health clinic in Stephens, Arkansas, opened in 1990 and serves patients from Camden, Chidester, Magnolia, McNeil, Mt. Holly, Stamps and Waldo.
The clinic provides a variety of services including:physical exams, sports physicals, well child exams, disease management, routine screenings such as diabetes, colorectal cancer and high blood pressure, immunizations and patient education.
The clinic is staffed by Ray Hartman, MD; Kelly Clark, FNP; and an Office Manager. Patients are seen by appointment. Appointments may be made by calling 870/786-9114 during office hours. If your illness is urgent and you do not have an appointment, our staff will make every effort to accommodate you. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and other insurances.
