Sparkman Community Clinic
Sparkman Clinic, a division of Ouachita County Medical Center, opened in June of 1998 and serves patients from Sparkman, Holly Springs, Dalark, Ouachita, Bearden, Carthage, Harmony Grove and Pine Grove. The clinic provides a variety of services including: physical exams, sports physicals, well-child exams, disease management,
routine screenings such as diabetes, colorectal cancer and blood pressure, immunizations and education to promote wellness.
The clinical staff includes Stephen Tabe, MD; Denise Willis, APN, a licensed practical nurse, and an office manager. Our medical staff has a combined total of over 50 years experience in the medical field. Patients are seen by appointment. To make an appointment, please call (870) 678-2226 during office hours. When your illness is urgent and you do not have an appointment, our staff will make every effort to accommodate you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible.
The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and other insurances. Bearden Pharmacy delivers medications to our clinic on a daily basis and will file most insurance on your behalf.
