Chidester Community Clinic
Chidester Community Clinic opened in February of 1999 and serves patients from Chidester, Bluff City, Gurdon, Bragg City,Tates Bluff, Reader, Camden and Wheelen Springs. The clinic offers a variety of services including physical exams, sports physicals, well-child exams, disease management, routine screenings such as diabetes, colorectal cancer and blood pressure, immunizations and patient education to promote wellness. The clinical
staff includes Ray Hartman, MD; June Jester, APN, a licensed practical nurse, and an office manager. Our medical staff has a combined total of over 30 years experience in the medical field. Patients are seen by appointment. To make an appointment, please call (870) 685-2590 during office hours. When your illness is urgent and you do not have an appointment, our staff will make every effort to accommodate you. If unable to keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible.
The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and other insurances. Bearden Drug Store delivers medications to our clinic on a daily basis. They are happy to provide your pharmacy supplies and will file most insurance on your behalf
