Day Surgery Center
A staff of eight manages the 14 bed, ultra modern outpatient center. Lithotripsy, laser, endoscopy, minor surgeries and other various outpatient procedures are performed here.
Admissions
Register for outpatient services in the admissions office located near the entrance to the Emergency Room.. The Day Surgery Center is located at the north end of the front section of the hospital (where the blue stained glass windows are visible). Parking is available to the right of the Day Surgery Center entrance.
Bring all forms your doctor gives you to the admitting area. You will also need to bring insurance, Medicaid or Medicare identification cards or workers compensation information.
Cardiopulmonary Services
If your doctor has ordered respiratory therapy, be sure to bring those orders with you. If you have any questions or need to change your appointment time, please call (870) 836-1316.
Laboratory
Please bring your doctors orders with you. Some lab procedures require that you fast (go without food) prior to your blood being drawn. Ask your doctor if this is needed. If you have any questions about your test, call (870) 836-1222.
Nutritional Support
Your physician will make an appointment with the Dietitian for nutrition counseling. If you have any questions, call (870) 836-1349.
Physical/Occupational Therapy
Call the Physical Therapy Department at (870) 836-1346 and schedule an appointment. Bring your admission paperwork with you. Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes.
Radiology
Bring admission paperwork with you. Some exams require that you fast (go without food). Ask your doctor for instructions. Please notify the x-ray department if there is a chance that you might be pregnant. If you have any questions or cannot make your appointment, please call (870) 836-1220.
